Gurkha Giveaway Official Rules and Terms of Agreement

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING WITH AN ENTRY. Enter November 2–15, 2026. Open to eligible legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., age 21 or older, subject to the full eligibility restrictions in these Official Rules. Five (5) prizes will be awarded: two Gurkha Year of the Dragon branded torches (ARV $30 each), two Gurkha 5-count cigar caddies (ARV $35 each), and one Gurkha Tactical Backpack (ARV $50). Total ARV: $180. No fees are required to claim a prize. Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 1. Giveaway Period

The “Gurkha Gear Up Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time on November 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on November 15, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Entries received before or after this period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry, except residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Virginia, Utah, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Employees of Ralph’s Cigars, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, wholesalers, and other related entities, as well as their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, or spouse) and members of their households, are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter the Gurkha Gear Up Giveaway during the Giveaway Period through either the purchase-based entry method or the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described below.

Purchase-Based Entries:

  • Purchase one (1) eligible Gurkha cigar to receive one (1) entry.

  • Purchase one (1) eligible Gurkha sampler to receive three (3) entries.

Eligible products must be purchased during the Giveaway Period. Entries will be recorded based on qualifying purchases, subject to these Official Rules.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

No purchase is necessary to enter. Eligible participants may enter without making a purchase by completing the online entry form at the Gurkha Giveaway AMOE page, linked below. Participants must provide the required information, including full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth.

Each valid AMOE submission will count as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per week during the Giveaway Period. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified.

By submitting an entry, participants agree that the Sponsor may contact them regarding the Giveaway. Any marketing communications will be subject to applicable consent requirements and the Sponsor’s privacy practices.

All eligible entries received through the permitted entry methods will be included in the random drawing, subject to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. See the opening disclosure and Prize Details section for additional information.

4. Prize Details

Five (5) winners will be selected at random to receive the following prizes:

Prize 1 — Gurkha Year of the Dragon Branded Torch

  • Two (2) winners.

  • Approximate retail value (ARV): $30 per torch.

  • Total ARV: $60.

Prize 2 — Gurkha 5-Count Cigar Caddy

  • Two (2) winners.

  • Approximate retail value (ARV): $35 per caddy.

  • Total ARV: $70.

Grand Prize — Gurkha Tactical Backpack

  • One (1) winner.

  • Approximate retail value (ARV): $50.

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $180.

Prize descriptions and values are based on information provided by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, where permitted by law.

No purchase or payment will be required to claim a prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Five (5) potential winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about November 16, 2026.

The Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by email or telephone using the contact information provided at entry.

Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification, unless the Sponsor specifies a different response period in the notification. Failure to respond within the specified period, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winners may be required to provide proof of age and eligibility before receiving a prize.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of winners will be final, subject to applicable law.

6. Prize Claim and Delivery

Prizes will be provided to verified winners without charge. Winners will not be required to make a purchase or pay a fee to receive their prizes.

The Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery or pickup with each winner. Any applicable delivery arrangements and restrictions will be communicated to the winner before the prize is awarded.

If a selected winner cannot be reached, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete the prize-claim process within the specified period, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner, subject to applicable law.

7. General Terms

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances compromise its integrity or proper operation. Any changes will be made in accordance with applicable law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or violates these Official Rules.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Gurkha Cigars or any social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. Any third-party brand names are used solely to identify the advertised products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ralph’s Cigars, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and arrange prize delivery, subject to applicable law and the Sponsor's privacy practices.

Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements and the Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
