Customer Love

I've been to Ralph's on numerous occasions. Customer service was always perfect. I'm a very picky and confused shopper. Staff is always patient with me. Wonderful selection of cigars. This place in nothing short of 5 stars!

Jason Mister

Best kept secret. Ralph’s has one of the best infused cigar collections in the Midwest, if you're in the Chicago area check them out.

Rodney Davis

The atmosphere and the people who work there make you feel like family. They take care of you... and when you're unsure of what type of cigars to smoke they recommend THE BEST!

Omg when I tell you that this place is amazing I’ve been smoking cigars for over 20 years and this has by far been the best cigar shop ever... I simply love their infused cigars my favorites are Chocolate Mint and Peach Cobbler...
