Drew Estate Smoke & Swag Event Official Rules and Terms of Agreement

• Sweepstakes Period:
  The "Drew Estate Smoke & Swag Event" (the "Sweepstakes") will commence at 12:00:00 AM (Central Time) on April 13, 2026, and will conclude at 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) on April 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

• Eligibility:

  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, Virginia, Utah, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

  Employees of Ralph’s Cigars, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, wholesalers, and any related entities, as well as immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and household members of such employees, are not eligible to participate.

• How to Enter: 

  Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing Drew Estate cigars during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries and rewards are awarded as follows:

  • Buy an 8-Pack or Build Your Own 8-Pack
    Receive one (1) FREE Tabak Dulce Toro or ACID Kuba Kuba (while supplies last) + one (1) entry
  • Buy any twelve (12) Drew Estate cigars
    Receive two (2) FREE Tabak Dulce Toro or ACID Kuba Kuba (while supplies last) + two (2) entries
  • Buy any Drew Estate 20-count box (or larger)
    Receive one (1) FREE 8-Pack (Traditional or Infused) (while supplies last) + four (4) entries

  Participants will receive entries based on qualifying purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period.

  Participants may also enter without making a purchase via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described below.

• Prize Details:
  

  A total of four (4) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) Drew Estate Swag Pack (Approximate Retail Value: $145), which includes:

  • One (1) Drew Estate Hat (Approx. $25 value)
  • One (1) Drew Estate Lighter/Cutter Combo (Approx. $60 value)*
  • One (1) Drew Estate ACID Spray Can Torch (Approx. $60 value)*

  Lighters will be shipped empty without butane where applicable for safety and shipping compliance.

  Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Winner Selection and Notification:
  Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Winners will be notified via email or phone.

  If a winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to provide proof of age (21+) before claiming their prize.

  Winners may be announced on the Sponsor’s website and social media channels.

• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
  No purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, complete the online entry form on the designated Sweepstakes page, including full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth.

  Each valid submission counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person, per week, during the sweepstakes period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. By entering via AMOE, participants agree to be contacted for Sweepstakes-related communication.
  

• General Terms:
  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

  By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes.

• Limitation of Liability:
  By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
• Governing Law and Disputes:
  All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
