Two valleys. One legend.
Created to celebrate the 72nd birthday of master blender Eladio Díaz, this limited-edition cigar is a tribute to both a remarkable career and the rich landscapes of the Dominican Republic. The North & South Edition brings together tobaccos from the island’s two most prized growing regions—melding the bold character of the north with the smooth elegance of the south.
Wrapped in a golden-brown, sun-grown Dominican Corojo leaf aged for four years, this toro-sized smoke offers a medium-to-full-bodied experience that’s both refined and complex. The binder is a Dominican-grown San Andrés seed, a rare twist that deepens the profile. Inside, the filler blend is a Dominican mosaic: spicy Negrito, smooth Corojo 99, earthy Criollo 98, rich Piloto Cubano, and aromatic HVA—each leaf selected to represent either the northern Cibao or southern San Juan valley.
From the first draw, expect notes of roasted coffee, toasted almond, soft spice, and hints of creamy cocoa. It’s aromatic, balanced, and unmistakably Eladio—elegant but never boring.
Limited to just 2,500 boxes worldwide, this is a cigar crafted not just for collectors, but for anyone who appreciates a master working at the top of his game.
Eladio Díaz North & South – a celebration of place, passion, and a life dedicated to the leaf.
